All bookings require a $50 AUD non-refundable deposit to confirm your slot. Studio address is only shared after deposit receipt.
Important Information
By booking an appointment you agree to the following policies. Please read carefully.
A deposit of $50 AUD is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Studio address & full details are only sent upon receipt of the deposit.
More than 10 minutes late = $20 AUD additional fee. More than 15 minutes late = appointment automatically cancelled, deposit forfeited, no exceptions.
For the focus and comfort of every client, no companions or guests are permitted to attend the session. Please plan accordingly.
Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any request after this deadline will not be accepted.
Clients who do not show up without prior notice are not eligible for rebooking. Deposit is automatically forfeited.
Studio location and full appointment details are only shared after the $50 deposit has been received. You will hear from Nao within 24 hours of payment.
